Fermenting Frequencies is a living installation that uses biodata sonification technology to transform the chemical process of fermentation into an audiovisual experience. It converts the electrical fluctuations that living organisms produce into biodata before turning this into musical notes. The fermentation process is one of transformation, change, and interaction. The installation aims to represent this process through a multi-sensory experience.
